🎉 Writing down notes after each interview or meeting is crucial, as it allows for three main things.
- First, to reflect on how you handled it, think about how you answered the questions, and what the employer said.
- Second, by writing it down you will remember better what was asked to you and what you answered. It is advised to try to answer to yourself now better than what you did on the actual interview.
- Third, because eventually, when the follow up comes (and it will), you can re-read and remember how your previous meeting went by.
With all that in hand, you will be much more prepared for the following meeting as if you had taken no action.

Meetings
After a job interview, it's a good idea to take notes on the following:
- the names and positions of the people you interviewed with
- the main points discussed during the interview
- any questions you were asked and how you responded
- any additional information or materials provided by the interviewer
- any follow-up steps or next steps discussed
- any specific details about the company or position that stood out to you
- your overall impression of the interview and the company
These notes will help you remember important details and prepare for any follow-up or future interviews. Additionally, it will help you to evaluate your performance in the interview and how you can improve on it.
